MBM sells the German-built Destroyit line in the United States, and the centre of gravity of the range is the large office: machines meant to be shared by a floor or a building rather than owned by one desk.

The 4000 series — 4001, 4003 and 4005 — runs a 16 inch throat and a 44 gallon bin across the line, with the same chassis offered at several cut sizes. That makes the security decision independent of the machine decision: 1/4 inch strip at P-2 with up to 52 sheets per pass, 4 x 40 mm cross-cut at P-4 with up to 39, 2 x 15 mm at P-5 with up to 26, and 0.8 x 5 mm super micro-cut at P-7. Smaller 2604 and 3105 models and larger 4108, 4606 and 5009 machines extend the range in both directions.

Where Destroyit tends to win is sustained throughput at P-4 for the money, and where it tends to lose is footprint — these are large machines and they need floor space and access. Warranty terms are quoted per model, with the cutting head usually carrying the longer term.
