This is the strapping twine HSM supplies for the V-Press 60, its smallest manual vertical press. It is a single-model consumable: HSM's compatibility data lists the V-Press 60 and nothing else. Will this twine work on my V-Press 403 or 503?

No. HSM lists this article for the V-Press 60 only. The V-Press 403 takes WG 20 polyester tape, part 6100 993 010, and the V-Press 503 takes WG 30 or WG 40. Those machines strap with a tape head rather than by hand, so twine is not a substitute even if you could thread it.

How strong is the twine?

How many bales will one roll tie?
