HSM 2491111 is a replacement feed-roller kit for the HSM SECURIO automatic-feed shredders: the AF100, AF150, AF300, AF350 and AF500. One kit number covers all five because they share the same paper-feed mechanism sitting above the cutting head. Fit it when an auto-feed SECURIO has started misfeeding a stack it used to clear without trouble.

Signs your AutoFeed rollers are worn

Feed rollers grip the top sheet in the tray and pull it into the cutter. Over time their rubber surface glazes and hardens, and grip fades gradually rather than failing outright. Typical symptoms:

  • Sheets remain in the tray after a run has finished
  • Two or more sheets are pulled through together
  • The shredder stops repeatedly on a stack it handled before

If the paper path is clear and the cutting head is oiled but these problems continue, worn feed rollers are the likely cause. New rollers return the auto-feed to its designed performance; they do not raise the machine's rated stack size.
