Material collection trolley for FA 400.2 - HSM2441111

HSM part 2441111 is an extra shred-material collecting trolley for the HSM Powerline FA 400.2, sized to that shredder's 460-liter collection volume. It is meant for sites that run the FA 400.2 for long stretches and cannot afford to stop the feed every time the trolley fills.

How a second trolley keeps the FA 400.2 working

On a central shredding station, the shredder rarely waits for paper; it waits for an empty container. With a single trolley, the operator has to stop, wheel the full load away, empty it and bring it back. Keeping this spare beside the machine turns that into a quick swap: the full trolley comes out, the empty one goes in, and feeding resumes while someone else deals with the waste.

Fitment and sizing notes

HSM groups this trolley with the FA 400.2 and SP 4040 V accessories. It is not interchangeable with the FA 500.3 trolley (part 2440111), which is built around a 530-liter collection volume and a different shape. The trolley rolls out from beneath the FA 400.2, so plan clearance at the front and sides of the machine rather than overhead. For reference, the FA 400.2 itself has a 428 mm intake, a 4 kW drive, an overall size of 1120 x 1568 x 1649 mm and a weight of 425 to 445 kg depending on the cutting head.
