HSM's own catalogue calls it an additional collecting trolley, and that is exactly the use case: the FA 400.2 collects 460 litres of shredded material, and on a machine running in continuous operation in an archive or central shredding station, emptying that trolley is the thing that stops the shredder. A second trolley lets the operator roll a full one out and a empty one in without pausing the feed.
