What does 'flat' mean here, and does it matter?
It means the bag has no gusset or bottom fold; it is a flat tube of film measuring 42 by 56 inches. It matters because a flat bag is laid into the KP chamber rather than cuffed over a retaining frame the way a shredder bin liner is. A gusseted bag of similar nominal capacity will not sit correctly in the press.
Will these fit my KP 100?
No. The KP 100 is served by the 168-gallon bag, part 3310000010, which HSM also lists for the FA 500.3 and 1049SA. This 42 x 56 inch flat bag is specified for the KP 80 and KP 88 only.
I have an SP 5080. Is this the right bag?
Yes for the baler half of the machine. The SP 5080 pairs an FA 500.3 shredder with a KP 80 baling press, and the SP 5088 uses a KP 88, so the press in both takes this bag. Confirm against your machine plate if your combination was supplied with a non-standard press.
