Why P-4 is the working standard for personal data

DIN 66399 limits a P-4 particle to 160 mm². At roughly 135 mm², the HSM1883 sits inside that ceiling with some margin, and its full classification is E-3, F-1, O-3, P-4 and T-4. In practical terms, HR files, invoices, customer correspondence and patient letters are reduced to confetti that cannot realistically be pieced back together, which is what most office privacy policies ask for.
