One container for a whole building

For only an inch and a half of extra width over the 65-gallon cart, this model takes about half as much paper again before it needs emptying. That makes it suited to a central collection point, such as beside a mail room or loading area, that gets cleared on a set schedule by people expecting the load.

Weight, doors and routes

Treat a full cart as a heavy load. Up to 350 lb of paper on two wheels needs smooth, hard flooring and someone who knows what they are pulling. The body is 26.5 inches wide, so it can pass through a standard 32-inch door if you lead with the narrow side. Check the whole route, though: the 33.8-inch depth matters on tight corners, and the 44-inch height matters in lifts with low ceilings.

Security details

Paper drops through a thin slot that keeps hands out, and the lid locks through a molded hasp. HSM does not list a padlock as included, and there is no liner. Like the smaller carts, it works with any shredder or shredding service.
