MBM DSH0314L 3104 strip-cut 3/16" (4 mm)

The MBM DSH0314L is the strip-cut version of the Destroyit 3104, a floor-standing office shredder that slices paper into 3/16 in (4 mm) strips at security level P-2 under DIN 66399. Where a P-2 strip cut is the right tool

That simple geometry is why this 3104 takes more sheets per pass than either cross-cut build of the same cabinet. The flip side is security: a full-length 4 mm strip still carries readable fragments of each line it crossed, and DIN 66399 allows a P-2 particle to be as large as 2000 mm². Treat the DSH0314L as a disposal machine for drafts, misprints, out-of-date brochures and general internal paperwork. Anything that names an employee, patient or customer belongs on a P-4 or finer machine.

Running the 3104 strip-cut day to day

An electronically controlled SPS safety shield sits over the opening, the cutters reverse automatically on an overfeed, and power cuts out when the cabinet door opens or the bin is full.
