Who the SM 300 suits

It is a strong fit for an office of three to five people who all produce confidential paper but do not want to spend time feeding a shredder, especially in shared spaces where the lock matters. Payroll, HR and customer files are well served by its P-4 particle, which at about 76 mm² sits comfortably within the 160 mm² limit for the class.

Choose something else if your policy names P-5 or higher, if one person shreds only occasionally, or if a whole floor will feed it, since the 11-gallon bin will become the bottleneck.
