These are ACCO's 6-8 gallon plastic shredder bags, part number 1765016. They are the liner for GBC's small office, executive and personal shredders — the machines with a pull-out bin of six or eight gallons rather than a wheeled cabinet.

At this size the argument for a liner is about dust rather than weight. A personal shredder's bin holds only a few hundred sheets, but cross-cut and micro-cut waste carries a great deal of fine paper dust, and tipping an unlined bin over a waste basket spreads most of it across the floor.

Pack quantity is worth checking too: ACCO's current listing for this part is 100 bags per box, while some older catalogue data shows 25.
